Our Approach:

Initial engagement/consultation
We begin by understanding your organisations, challenges, needs and aspirations. By learning about your organisations goals and measures of success we effectively gather data based on your reporting needs.

Pre-programme evaluation
Before we begin, we issue a self-evaluation to gain greater visibility into the current mindset, challenges, and growth opportunities of each employee.

Coaching/training progamme begins
Based on the selected coaching solution, participants will be matched with an accredited coach for their 1:1 sessions to begin. If a training solution has been selected, your team will be matched with and ICF coach-trainer before beginning the programme.

Post-programme evaluation
Employees will complete a brief post-programme evaluation to summarise their key learnings, feedback and coaching impact.

Reporting
We’ll share reports with you highlighting employee engagement, sentiment, and feedback, while providing guidance to help you navigate your next steps.
