Meet our Founder, Natalie
Natalie founded TTM back in 2023 after a career in large corporations and start-ups across the globe. Despite always wanting to learn more, grow more, and give more, Natalie found she was often surrounded by bad managers, toxic cultures, or felt like a cog in a machine. When she moved to a coffee start-up filled with infectious positivity, she noticed the difference between the high and low-performing stores. The difference? Leadership and the environment they created for their teams.
TTM Coaching was born from her belief that we can all become a better version of ourselves, and when we do the work on the inside, the impact is felt on the outside, creating the ‘ripple effect’ of positive change. Our mission drives everything we do, to leave everything and everyone better than we found them.
