At TTM, we speak a lot about change—’change is the only constant in life’ is a mantra we often remind our coachees. This belief has propelled us into an exciting new phase of our journey. Over the past few months, we’ve squirrelled ourselves away to undergo a bit of cosmetic surgery—a facelift, if you will.
We’re so excited to share our rebrand, which wholly encompasses our mission of leaving everyone better than we found them. This rebrand reflects our commitment to authenticity, creativity, and the non-linear coaching journey.
When we launched TTM Coaching last March, we found ourselves conforming to the norms of our industry—a little bit too stiff and a little bit too predictable. But as we’ve grown, we’ve realised that to make a truly lasting impact, we need to be unapologetically ourselves. And so, with a boldness born from our passion for empowering others, we became TTM Coaching in its most authentic form: bold, bright, empowering, moving and transformative. These are not just grandiose words but the unique aspects that set us apart and have made people feel inspired and transformed on our journey.
Central to our rebrand is the concept of embracing the twists and turns of the coaching journey. Life is not a straight line—it’s full of ups, downs, and unexpected detours. Similarly, our coaching process is not about reaching a destination; it’s about the growth, learning, and transformation that happens along the way. Our new brand reflects this philosophy, inviting our coachees not just to accept, but to fully embrace the journey with open arms.
But, amidst all these changes, one thing remains unchanged: our mission. At TTM Coaching, our purpose is clear – we leave everyone better than we found them. This mission has always been at the heart of everything we do, and as we step into this new chapter, we do so with a renewed sense of boldness and passion.
