After starting as a secondary teacher and Head of Sixth form, she transitioned into primary education to bridge the gap between primary and secondary learning experiences. This path led Janice through significant roles, including a Literacy Advisor across Scotland and a Quality Improvement Officer in Renfrewshire, culminating in her role as a National Attainment Officer and Advisor to the Scottish Government. Janice’s commitment to enhancing the educational journey for teachers, learners, and parents has always been at the forefront of her professional endeavours.
